Lavender Pekin - Boy or Girl?

I'd be grateful if anybody could give me an indication of whether my Lavender Pekin is a boy or a girl. I've had her for about 6 weeks and am guessing that she is about 14 - 16 weeks old. It's probably really obvious, but this is the first time we have kept chickens. Thanks in advance.

The first is how she looked when we got her, the other three were taken today.
