So, I have this beautiful guy here. He was supposed to be a Hen, but I ended up liking him, so he stayed with us. However, its like he has no interest in the girls, and they dont in him? How come they aren't producing any babies? Im more curious than anything. If he is going to crow all the darn time, at least make some babies.

How old is he? Some breeds mature later than others.

Have you checked the eggs for the bullseye? He might be mating when you don't see him doing it.

My Polish is a cockrel (11 wks old) and I am so over the crowing! I'm just waiting for the neighbors to get ticked. However...he doesn't sound d nearly as annoying as our Rottweiler that did this extremely loud,obnoxious, howling whine that literally lasted for a minute! And she would do it over n over n over!

He is around 1 year old. Raised with all the girls. Laying girls, I have 3 Buffs, 1 EE, 2 Barred Rock, 1 Jersey Giant.

2 Speckled Sussex 1 Blue Amereraucana who aren't laying yet. They are only 13 weeks old.

I also have one injured EE and 1 Isa Brown who are both in the infirmary. EE is laying but the ISA is like 9 weeks old.
