Hi a Happy chick...hmm maybe they are looking for NPIP paperwork because from what i understand birds are supposed to have NPIP papers as in a certificate you fill out shipped on the outside of their box if they originate from out of state,.. but i have only had a couple of people do that and i have had birds shipped from everywhere as of lately....Texas seems to be very strict so maybe this PO manager is following protocol....interesting...still keeping my fingers crossed i can win your pullet my son who is 11, i call the chicken baron, is very excited but if we lose he understands how it works he just loves auction and raffles...what a kid....Chris
