Lavender silkies and D'Uccles

To all you folks out there I'm looking for sq and or bq lavender silkies in pa and D'Uccles in the PA MD and Delaware tri state area in the spring andwant to find breeders in those areas for those breeds also have 1 more question what does band color mean thanks in advance
