Thank you. So even though the splash hen is a split/lav and the cock is pure lav, you still won't get any pure lav chicks?

Breed your lavender to your blue and select the not-blue pullets to breed back to the father--this will get rid of the " blue" issue.

lavender X split for lav = 50% lavender, 50% split for lavender

No, lavender splash is NOT splash split to lav; it is lavender AND splash.
