Lavender x black?

Hey All!

So my lavender Ameraucana has been mating with my black Jersey Giant. What sort of babies would I expect color-wise from this pairing?

I know the genetics for blue and lavender work differently, so I'm a bit curious. They'll be eggers for sure, and quite pretty I'm certain.

The chicks will be black, and carry the recessive gene for lavender (black split for lavender). Mating a F1 back to the lavender parent will give you I think 50% lavender offspring, 50% black split for lavender.
