Lavender x Splash laced red = ???

Am I right in assuming a Lavender Orpington rooster over a a splash laced red Wyandotte hen would produce all blue offspring with varying levels of red leakage? Also all combs would be rose?

I can't help with color much but I think you are correct and yes combs should be rose @RoostersAreAwesome any knowledge on this?

Yes, you are completely correct. The offspring would carry the recessive lavender gene but not express it. They would have rose combs unless the mother is impure for the gene, which would result in 50% single combs.
