Ok...here is the link for zoning regulations in Balt. Co. Read it carefully. You need to figure out what you are zoned as first and then what are the uses allowed for that zone type. Read all definations and also building regulations for the coop. Agricultural uses are often allowed but there are usually regulations on setbacks for coops and such.

Also, being on 1/3 acre, are you in a subdivision? There might be regulations within your subdivision.

Finally check the county's health dept regulation for poultry to make sure you are in compliance.
