laws on selling eggs in ct

Hi

i have been selling my extra eggs for some time now from my place of work(a medical office). Now my boss is concerned that it might not be legal.
Does anyone know the laws in ct for selling eggs?

You can contact Dr. Michael Darre at UCONN for more information, but this is what little I know:

If you sell in stores, you need to have an inspection. Otherwise, it is fine to sell eggs.
If you reuse egg cartons, you MUST cross off anything that says USDA on the carton as well as the plant number and sell by date in black marker. If you don't know the Grade of the eggs, cross out "Grade _."
