Layer Mash Feed fertile or not

So people here in our place says that feeding layer mash makes the eggs infertile is it true?
I feed layer pellets, and all my eggs aren’t fertilized.

Of course, I don’t have any roosters... :D;)

In all seriousness, what did “people” suggest feeding instead? They’re simply wrong.

Another question how long do chickens take before they can start laying eggs
16-25 weeks old is a common but there's variables. Some could be sooner or later.
And daylight hours effect when they might start. Decreased daylight hours in the fall could prolong startup of laying until spring.
