layer pellets 14% protein?

Hi guys,
so the layer pellets I'm feeding my chickens has 14% protein in it. Is that too low?

I buy the best layers pellets available where I live, it is 15% protien

All commercial feed I've ever seen for layers had been 16, my local mills also mix it at 16
