That's great! It's annoying with they stop for a while. But, I'm glad your's has started again.

thanks, i thought for sure she was not going to lay again, but it did get very hot here, in upstate ny, but once it cooled down maybe that was the answer

Yes, heat can upset their laying schedule. That was likely a reason for them not laying.

How long can a chicken stop laying for b4 they start laying again.. It's been about 10 weeks??

10 weeks is long. Are there any stress factors, like molting, mites/lices, or predators?

nope they seem happy we have just finished winter here and daylight savings has started so hopefully the linger days will help them start laying again

Daylight savings doesn't actually change the length of daylight.

i do realise that, but as we are coming into summer the days are getting longer everyday
