Laying boxes

We have 10 laying boxes (only 7 girls laying right now...the others are still too young). Why do all the hens want to lay in ONE box?

What one hen does or likes the others must as well. Just like little kids.

'Bait' some or all the nests with fake eggs and/or golf balls....that'll 'spread the love'.
