Laying duck feed recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for a good feed mix for laying ducks? My local co-op does custom 400lbs. batches of mash for me for my laying hens, broilers and turkeys (It is incredibly cheaper). As I am just getting into laying ducks I haven't done a batch for them yet but was hoping someone on here would have a good recipe for me.

There is a chapter on feed blending in Storey's Guide to Raising Ducks. Loads of information there - I suggest you buy or borrow a copy and go over that with your co-op.
