I believe my youngest bird has begun laying and for the last two days has laid them in the run...my other girls lay in the nest box's...will she get the idea and go to the nest box..anything I can do?

Sometimes they will get the idea, other times, you need to help her out a bit. What I do is take a moveable nest box (I use a feed pan that you typically would use to feed grain to horses or other 4-legged livestock) with shavings in it, and then put a wooden egg in the "nest box". put it where she lays in the run, and then once she is "trained" to lay in that, then move it a few inches a day, moving it closer & closer to the real nest boxes until eventually, it's right outside the ones you WANT her to use. That works well for me!
