I'm proud to announce that all of our 7 chickens are now laying!
The last one to get on board was the 25wk old EE, "Fluffy the Elusive", who laid a lovely baby blue egg for us yesterday.
Our other milestone is that our Black Australorp, "Rythe the Clever", actually laid an egg in the second story nest, which had been completely ignored until today. (To the point that we would sometimes find 2 chickens in the lower nest. I guess they just couldn't hold it anymore
)
