Laying right after removing a stuck egg: advice

Took my buff orp (11 months old) to the vet today since she was behaving "off"--tired, sitting more, eating less since yesterday afternoon-and they pulled out an egg that was partially blocked by a membrane. Everything else felt fine internally as per the poultry vet. No other egg showed up on the xray, only the one they removed. She usually lays just fine and regularly. I was pleased since seemed like problem was solved, but now she's already back in a nest box. Is she confused over the egg being removed? Or is she laying simply immediately after that one was removed?

She was exhibiting symptoms for less than 24 hrs when we got her to the vet. Again, just not herself, slower, sitting more, eating less. Still excited to take treats like scrambled eggs, though. We got some electrolytes into her as well. Xray would have shown if she had a blockage otherwise, and as I said, the vet cleared her of other issues. She eats organic layer coarse crumbles. Poop looked whitish/clear--but that was yesterday. I was expecting an immediate recovery today. I thoughts are just to let her be in the next box if she needs to be there right now?

She may take a day or two to recover. Is her coloration ok? Did they sedate her?
Thanks! coloring is fine, and no, they didn't need to--literally just did a quick check and felt the egg, moved the membrane and it popped out. My understanding is not a typical egg-binding scenario.

I think she laid right after, which is crazy. Seems so fast. Her call is still a little weak but otherwise she seems OK! Hoping so badly it was a fluke.
