Impact gizzard

I have an easter egger the is 25 weeks today old and never laid an egg. About 4 weeks ago she had swelling in her abdomen. I did an internal palpation and found no egg. Did soaks, nothing helped. So i took her to the vet.
They did an xray, no egg but a VERY full gizzard. The gave me TMS(antibiotic) and a dewormer. Swelling actually got better after the ten day course. Now its back again.
I have 5 hens, and the rest are fine and laying eggs.

I am no a vet who can read xrays, but I see a gizzard full of grit which may be normal. But the 2 ceca (the blind pouches between the small and large intestines) are showing up with some lower bowel, and that could be air or obstruction. How familiar is your vet with chickens or birds?

Edited to say after looking at the link below, it might be loops of intestine full of air, instead of the ceca.

Also not a vet who can't see x-rays but the gizzard looks normal and as I would expect given they continuously seek out grit. I would be more concerned if it was empty. I agree with Eggcessive on the potential air in intestines or blockage. Has she been eating and drinking well? Is she pooping regularly?

If in fact it's an impacted gizzard, give her tomato juice orally via syringe without needle. Give her a total of 10ml, slow administration 1/4ml at a time. Pull her wattles down and her mouth will open, let go of the wattles as soon as you give her the 1/4ml, so she can swallow the liquid.
After you've given her the 10ml tomato juice, gently massage her underside/side area where the gizzard is located.
The tomato juice should help get things moving in the gizzard. Repeat as necessary.
