She May sadly be a failure to thrive chick do you have a any poultry- nutridrench to give her? Sugar water? Scrambled eggs? Make sure she stays warm and hydrated, and then just hope for the best.

What’s the brooder temp?

I use a brooder plate so it stays at around 99

Ok! I like brooder plates better then heat lamps, so I’m glad to hear that. As for the nutrí-drench, you can just give a drop a day directly on its beak for an extra nutritional boost. Or mix it into their water, but make sure you don’t do that longer then 5 days, and make sure to have a plain water source also.
