Lazy chicken w white on eye...

Hi all - i have a 10-month old easter egger that has been acting very lazy, limited movement and eyes shut a lot. I just noticed now one eye has something white on it (seen in picture). Any advice on what to do? We've tried to isolate it from the others for now but one of my kids is very attached to this one so hoping theres some type of remedy... thank you ahead for any input!

Possibly infectious Coryza, which will need antibitoics (sulfur product if I remember right).
