I may find these in the pharmacies, but aren't they small for the feed? The large tube i'm using wouldn't push the feed easily, don't how it will work with smaller tube.

I found them in a veterinary supply store, designed for goats, and there are sizes for other livestock such as horses, I think. My guess is the ones for human beings may be somewhat smaller.

It may be necessary to increase the fluid and decrease the solids for your little guy

Went for bigger size animals store, they don't sell something like that, he just got his third round of feed, i guess next round will be just fluid.

I was meaning that you might decrease the amount of feed in the fluid/feed mixture so it is a little easier to push through the tube and easier for his system to manage. I'm not sure if there is anything else which can be done beyond what you have already tried, unless those supplements mentioned by RBaker are readily available and could go into him right away.
