yes... I think you should take her to an avian vet and tell him you think lead poisoning/heavymetal poisoning might be a problem (it presents with bright green poo for instance and causes neurological symptoms) > he will do a test for this and if this is the case she will need chelation.
What you can do (wont hurt mgiht help) is to smear some peanutbutter onto some bread and feed that to her... I have seen this advice in several vet articles on lead/heavy metal poisoning (and have them posted in my library somewhere but do not have time right now to go look up)
