I'm not actually an owner yet, but I've done lots of research, and know TONS about them. Very soon, I'm going to get some Speckled Sussex hens. Love being part of Backyardchickens and hearing opinions and advice from other owners!

I always wanted speckle sussexes!!! I could just never really find them anywhere.

Yes, I've heard good things about them. Have you heard of My Pet Chicken? They have almost every breed of chicken. Thats wehre I plan on purchasing my speckled sussex and supplies.

Yes! I have heard of them. Its amazing they have so many breeds!! They have breeds I've never heard of! I got my chicks from chickens for backyards hatchery. They don't have nearly has many breeds has my pet chicken though!

I don't think so. I think the hatchery is chickens for backyards and this is backyard chickens. I always get mixed up with these two names! They're so alike.
