I got the new bator done the temp is swinging about 2 degrees now useing the hot water therm. i ordered a couple reptitherm 500's just to make it look neater. I have to build another one already another guy who wants one.

I have to put together another incubator I'm addicted.

I just candled the rest of my eggs and the ones I could see through appear to be growing good! I wish time would hurry up so I can hurry up and have some chicks!!!

I didn't take pics as I went, I used 1/4" luan I routered the 1 x 2 so it slid together glued all the grooves built the 2 sides first then cut the panels to slide together at the same time, used 1\4 " dowels to strengthen corners. The next one will be built out of thicker material just for the ease of fastening shelfs fans electrical. The next one will also have drawer slides.
I checked my eggs too and I have 4 that look clear will give them some more time before culling though.

I checked mine tonight. Out of 6 I think I have 3 chicks. I guess time will tell!

The time is the difficult part, i've tried candeling and i'm totally nervous about it. i hope i have a good hatch, but I'm having doubts.

I didn't do all of them but the ones I checked are moving alot it was cool. Time is the hardest part of hatching I look in the bator all the time just to check it. the new one is working great.

Glad to hear your bator is working well, are you going to be setting up a web cam? I just did a dry run of mine and hopefully I'll have something to actually stream on ustream.

I don't think I will, I know nothing about doing that, I am good at building or making things but lack on the computer skills some.
