My pullets??? raise their hackles and spar in mock fights... does that make them cockerels?

could not see the pic but a couple of my girls have done that too on occasion. They have become a bit more mature though and usually don't posture much anymore....

I have also had my hens do that when they where younger. How old are they? This arranges pecking order. Even now a couple of the older hen will spare once in a while.

My girls are now 39 weeks and I haven't seen them posture in about 2 months or so.
