leave in basket or set them out

Hay everyone.

What i need to no is should i leave, OH wait sorry. We have a black silky ( not even a yr old ) that went broody the 1st week of this month.
She is in a room all to her self w/7 little eggs

, WELL 4 hached 2day

.
When we moved her, i set her and the eggs in a basket, kinda of looks like an egg shape basket, big enough 4 and the eggs.

Now what i NEED 2 no is should i leave her and the little 1s in the basket or set them out

?

HELP 1st timer here..

How high up is the basket? The little ones could fall out and get injured or die. Is she away from other chickens? We put our brooder in a brooder box we built out of scrap wood and hex wire. Has a light we can put over the screen, although we did not have to use the light. She is a good broody hen, & did all the work! Just kept food and water for her at all times.

If your question is should you let the chicks out, no. They should stay with the hen. Even though the other eggs did not hatch yet. Leave them with mom. Good luck & Congratulations!!

Mom is all by her self w/water,food, and yogort ( strawbarry)

. Thay do have a heat lamp,but not on them. No i wasnt going let them out, i no its WAY to early.Mom and kids r in a BIG dog kennel split in half.

My concern would be that they will get too cold and die. My chicks stayed under the mom for the most part of the day,for a couple months until they got their feathers. Not sure if it's cold where you are, (It is here!) But just keep an eye on that
