Leave minor wound be or treat it?

Hi all,
a hen with chicks got bullied pretty bad, do you think she will heal on her own or will I have to apply medicine? I'm afraid that, since her worst wound is right next to her beak, if I apply any ointments or anything there that she might eat it?
Her eyelids are pretty puffy and she's got some damage by the corner of her beak. It's very puffy and bulbous there. Do you think it's infected or just inflamed?

Is anything open or is pretty much healed?Also was the bulbous area an open wound at some point?

Since there is swelling, I'd treat. Open the beak and swab out any dirt or debris with saline.

Clean the face and wounds with Saline, apply triple antibiotic ointment. I wouldn't worry about her eating a touch of ointment.

Flush the eyes with saline, remove any pus or debris. You can use Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes or triple antibiotic ointment (Original Neosporin).

Do watch to make sure she's eating/drinking o.k.

Mostly healed, the bulbous area was never open which is very weird.
