Leeches in nose hole

I have Muscovy ducklings, I know they aren’t chickens, and they have leeches in the nose holes! I put salt on them and they shrivelled all the way in their tiny beak holes! I don’t know what to do, I can see them moving in the hole. Poor duckling doesn’t seem to be doing good, it had blood coming out of its nose and its sleeping now. There are two with this problem. Mama deck kept bringing them to a pond that had leeches in it.

Omg..this is my worst nightmare. Happened to my friend ducks. How did you resolve it? Was the salt enough?
