Left eggs out of fridge for two days

I do it all the time.. Bring em in and they sit on the counter until I get to em .

My great grandmother used to store the eggs she sold in a stairway that led upstairs. I can remember seeing all the cartons sitting there. No refrigeration at all. She had quite a few chickens to eat and also to sell the eggs.

Mine sit there for up to a month. Perfect, lovely, and wonderful! Never fear!

My in-laws got a dozen from us one time and tossed them when they got home, because the drive took 6 hours instead of 4 1/2 and they thought they'd be bad!
