Leg Blowout

We are doing 30 Jumbo X Rocks this year from Welp Hatchery. Last year, we used McMurray's. We've only lost one and that was because he accidentally got stepped on. They are 4.5 weeks now and yesterday I had one that is unable to walk any longer. He cannot stand up at all and is doing the splits. He can inch his way over to the feeder and to the water, but he is not moving otherwise. Do you think this is just due to inferior legs on the genetic line from Welp? Anyone else have this issue with legs?

We have only had one bird (out of about 200) with leg issues so far this year and all of ours come from Welp.

I had 200 from Welp and had only 1 with leg issues. He made it to butcher day and dressed out a nice big bird. He was happy so i kept him.
