I just purchased an EE that is buff, muffed, white legged and single combed(light brown"pink" egg). She looks just like a muffed BO. How does white leg color rank against the others? For example, could this hen be half BO and EE? or are white legs recessive to the others?

Leg colour is determined by a few factors. The gene at the e-locus. Locus being a particular position on a chromosome; the presence of a gene called inhibitor of dermal melanin or its allele (alternative gene for the locus) & the gene for white skin & its allele which allows yellow skin.

Really, as far as I can gather, EEis a term used frequently by commercial hatcheries to describe a bird which can be just about anything but probably has a blue egg laying breed somewhere in its ancestry. EEs are by no means a real breed. They are a description.
