Leg infection

My 6 month old isa brown sprained her leg about 3 months ago and at some point it got cut I went to camp and my aunt's house for a few weeks so I wasn't able to treat it. The original cut got bigger but is closed up now but now her joint is infected I've been putting isopropyl alcohol on it and that has helped. I would just like any tips on how to make it close up faster or like vitamins I could give her

Is she able to put any weight on the leg and walk on it? It looks like it may be paralyzed. Can you see a vet?

She hasn't been able to use the leg normally but she is very mobile and will use the bad leg for balance don't have any exotic vets nearby
