Leg injury

My chicken has been under the weather for some time. I suspected she had injured her left leg. Now she is limping/hopping to get around. Clearly has pain associated with weight on the left leg. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are there any visible external injuries?

No. I've had her examined by a vet. No swelling that I can see.

Well, I'm not really sure what could be the problem, maybe give her a little time and report back if it doesn't get better?
