Leg injury

This is chandler my 5 week old baby. She did this to her leg I’m pretty sure while jumping off her waterer the other day. I’m pretty sure anyway I didn’t see her limp till after it happened. I tried splinting it but it seemed to not look right. I just took it off and she is just to hyper to try and fig out where I need to start. I tied this time with popsicle sticks instead of regular skinny sticks from outside but I couldn’t dig out where to put them. Besides not being sure what is actually wrong. Has anyone else had this happen? She is still very active eating drinking like nothing is wrong. Still jumps on the waterer lol

I wonder if that is a leg bone deformity called valgus deformity just becoming noticeable. That can occur in one or both legs. It may not be obvious earlier, but can get worse as they grow. There is no treatment. Here is some reading about that:
