Leg injury

I finally got the baytril I ordered. Directions say 10 mg per kg of body weight per day but I got an ml/cc syringe with it...I tried to Google how many ml/cc 10 mg is but I keep getting a scientific explanation rather than an answer. Can someone tell me how many ccs is 10 mg?

Ok I have runners and they don't weigh much but when I had to give mine baytril I used where the red dot is in the picture so I guess it's 1/2 of .1

So I want to update: it's been 2 weeks since I started my duck Peaches on the Baytril. I've been putting it on a small piece of bread and sprinkling a little sugar on it to get her to eat it to avoid the stress of shoving a syringe down her beak and she takes it just fine. The swelling in her leg closer to her foot has gone down but still very swollen at the top. I'm starting to wonder if there's a break and I should splint it? But also being that she still tries to walk and there's no bruising makes me think otherwise. The poor thing has been locked up in her coop for about 3 weeks now. I have a small swimming pool in the coop for her to go in with a ramp so it's easy in easy out but for the most part she just stays in one spot all day. I've attached a photo. Not sure if its the swelling but her leg looks a bit crooked to me which makes me think I need to spint it. Any advice would be appreciated I just want this poor girl to get better!😔

That looks painful. Could be a break or just infection that is still in there. 10 days should be max on Baytril 7 is better.
Have you been using Epsom salt and warm water soaks? It can help with swelling and inflammation.

I have been doing soaks in the AM in a gallon size bucket for about 15 mins. I've also been doing B complex in her water. Not sure how much it helps but I figure it doesn't hurt either. Would doing Epsom salt soaks 2xs a day be better?🤔 I'm also putting iodine on her bumble per the vet I took my chicken to.

Did this start with bumble foot? Try soaking 2x a day sure can’t hurt.
Yes it did. Was soaking it every morning, iodine and wrapping it. Problem was that there was snow on the ground and I couldn't keep her from walking in it and getting it wet and floppy. About a week or 2 later I noticed the swelling. Started at the top like it is now then went down to the foot. It took about 10 days for the Baytril to come and in that time I feel like the swelling on the lower portion of her leg would come and go. It hasn't happened since she's been on the Baytril but the swelling that's there now just won't go away. If it's broken I'm sure there would be bruising and she wouldn't walk on it at all?

I’m wondering if the infection has capsulated in that spot?it’s hard for antibiotics to get in there. What does the foot look like now?
Here's the bumble foot now. Clean and has gotten a lot smaller. I'm wondering if putting iodine on the swelling would help also🤔 I guess it's another thing I could try that doesnt hurt🤷‍♀️
