It's got curly toes. Lots of things can cause it, including a vitamin deficiency so start adding vitamins to their water. You need to splint the toes immediately. I cut out a chicken foot pattern from a cardboard box and taped the toes to it then wrapped the entire foot in vet wrap. That's a very severe case so don't wait!! You'll have to keep the toes wrapped for 3-4 days at least while continuously providing vitamins to the water.

This is a GREAT article with details. The bit about the curled toes is midway down.

This image is from the Chicken Chick's website on that page but that's how I wrapped the toes, but the whole foot was covered in vet wrap because the chick kept kicking off her sandal.

It’s not working. It’s leg won’t bend at all. So trying to tape the two legs together isn’t working
It can’t stand. Not sure what to do. I put the foot flat and attached cardboard and vet wrap.
Suggestions?

How long has it been this way??? Because you’ve only got a period of a few days before it starts to be more permanent and the older the bird the less likely it is to fix it
