How to reset day counter on 24s incubator

I’m having the same issue and I can’t find any solutions and the up and down button has not helped me at all any ideas?

I have the same incubator. I tried the up/down button for five seconds. I tried it for a whole minute. Nothing works.

Just tried holding down up&down continually; while doing this process. Counting 5 seconds, still hold them down. Have someone else unplugged the machine. You are still holding them down. Counting 10 seconds; then have that other person plug it back up. After it beep let go.

How have people found this incubator. I've heard mixed reports such as certain areas become heat spots and eggs don't hatch.

One more method to try for resetting the timer:

Hold down the up & down arrows and while doing that unplug the machine for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in and release the arrow buttons.

There might be room for adjustment. This worked for me then I stopped trying.

Yes. I’ve tried short single press and a long press and hold while it counts from 10 to zero. No difference. It’s very frustrating.

Looks like kogan sells an identical model. The website looks identical to the printed manual

I have the kogan incubator and have the same problem. Going to try the up & down buttons at the same time/hopefully that will fix it for me.

Mine worked by plugging it in and then holding the up and down arrows for approx 5-10s.
This seems to have achieved a factory reset of all settings.
