Leg issue

Please see attached video of our hen Black Beauty. She started limping with no sign of injury. We separated her from the flock and have kept her in a cage to limit movement and keep her safe. It has been a week so far and very little signs of improvement. Should we put her back in the flock or keep her off the foot for another week? She is about 5 months old
