We have a small flock and had one that was having issues walking and now over time it seems to be spreading. We now have 3 that are having leg issues, one of which can't use her leg at all. We are totally lost on how to help them and what could be causing the issue.

It’s sounds like a niacin deficiency. If you can go pick up Durvets B complex’s right away and dose at 1ml orally daily.
What brand and type of feed are you feeding along with any extra treats?

We have a range of ages from around 6 months to a couple years old, not exactly sure as we got them from someone who couldn't take care of them any longer. A few different breeds but it seems the ones having the leg issues are all Pekin. We give them family farm egg layer crumble and lots of worms and other treats like salmon, tuna and mixed greens. We have some baby mallards that haven't been introduced yet and I'm worried that it's something that may affect them as well.

It is a niacin deficiency which is not contagious, but due to ducks needing more niacin especially pekins which is why you are noticing it with them first. The feed that you are feeding does not have enough niacin for ducks. You also are feeding way too many treats.

I would definitely get them on a duck specific feed and add Brewer's or nutritional yeast to the feed, but since your ducks are in trouble they really do need the liquid vitamin B complex - each one, every day, until they strengthen.
