Are the joints swollen on both legs?
What do you feed?

I'm not sure what's doing on there but I would get some B-Complex and give him 1/2 tablet once a day for a week.

No, joint is only swollen on the one leg. I give them Nutrena All Flock, or Feather Fixer if that is not available. I do have B-Complex, I'll start cutting some up later today.

So I have been doing the B Complex tab since the 20th and have seen no improvement. Is this going to be more of a long term treatment, or should I have seen improvement already if it wasn't something serious?

You should have seen some improvement if the leg issue was due to vitamin deficiency.
