leg problem!!!

i have a silkie that hatched from its egg yesterday. One of its legs goes in an outward direction, beause of this he is unable t o walk, so he scoolts him /herself on the "good" leg. i've done research and i can't seem to diagnose or come up with a treatment. the other chicks are already starting to pick on him.

Hi Zzguy, you might try posting this in the Emergencies section. I know many people on here have fixed leg problems. I would include a picture, also, to help people see exactly what the problem is. In the meantime, I would put the chick in a box by himself so the others don't harm him. Good luck with your chick!!
