Sorry about your chick's leg problems. On another note, that is not a turkey poult. Turkey poults have a snood and a different style beak. I don't know what kind of chicken it is, but it is not a turkey.
I am not a veterinarian, but without the aid of veterinary services I don't think that this is something that can be "fixed" by the average poultry keeper.
I would suggest culling the chick, it will die when it either starves or is trampled or killed by the bigger stronger chicks. It's hard to do, but sometimes it's the best thing.
Has it been like that since it hatched? Day 1 it might have been helped, the older it gets the harder it gets as they grow so fast.
Yes it has. And not sure how to cull it and figured that is what I had to do anyway. That's why it's in with little ones. Just really looks worse today. Culling and giving b away birds that don't turn out is a lot different than having to kill it. I asked my friend to do it when I got no responses.
