leg problems

I have a 1 year old sussex rooster with legg problems... he wobbles.
He is a very very large boy and I am assuming he just grew too big/too fast for his legs.
I realize it is probably too late but is there anything I can do for him so that he is sturdy on his legs?

Does his legs bow? I had a BCM that grow to fast and his legs bowed and sometime he went down on them. I had him too long in an attached garage due to weather and age. Once he got in sunshine he did a little better but never perfect. I bred him once and then we culled him. Now glad I did, the babies seem to be dwarfs. Its weird I won't cull mother hen she has beautiful eggs and is friendly.
