Leg scale question

Thanks all, I wanted to think it was dry skin, as the scales are only every so slightly lifting on the edge in the very movable parts of the feet.

Yes, I see that they are raised a bit.
Get something up under the scales there...I use bag balm.
Rub upwards to get under scales, then downward to remove excess.
Could put a light coat on the others too.
