Leg sprained or fractured?

My chicken seems to be favoring her left leg. She had been ill and we had her inside to recuperate. We integrated her back outside and seemed to be on the mend. Now she is back to laying on the ground all day. Head up but laying down rather than standing. If she is in pain, it would explain the lack of appetite. What do you do about pain in a chicken? A fracture?

Yes, she could be in pain. However, a fracture would be pretty obvious as it would be swollen and hot to the touch. It could be bumblefoot, a sprain (if a rooster bred with her for example and weighed too much), a slipped tendon, or something worse like Marek's or a vitamin deficiency (riboflavin to be specific).
