NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO it is illegal EVERYWHERE in the USA. there are huge fines and jail time for killing BOP.

The USFWS will fine up to $20,000 fine and/or 10 years in prison.

You can apply for a deprivation permit. Or request it be relocated. First you must do all that you can. pen the chickens. Cover with wire etc. Free ranging is a free for all. nothing you can do. We had a 4H member that had a hawk feeding on his flock. As long as they free ranged we could do nothing. Sorry.
