Legbands

What size legbands do I need for the following breeds and at what age do you band them?

Large Fowl- Polish

Bantams:
Polish, Silkies, cochins, seramas, japanese, bramas, pheonix, and ameracunas


Also where is the best place to get them?

I use small colored zip ties, easy to apply and re-apply, durable, chickens don't mind them, easy record keeping, inexpensive.

I have used zip ties when the birds were little, but they grow so fast. When they were a couple if months old I switched to the colored plastic spiral leg bands. Below is the place I bought them. They have a chart for the proper sizes for the different breeds of birds and also different types of leg bands.
