I don't have anything form that early, but from what I recall yours looks about right, but there's quite a few breeds that have that sort of chipmunk striping.
The crests will develop first, in once case one sprouted one that was actually bigger than her head for several weeks, and she still has the most outrageous hairdo out of the flock.

They vary a bit in coloring (at least with "hatchery quality" birds). Most of my 8 legbars are this color pattern & crest.
This one here ended up very dark, she's almost black on her feathers where the majority are gray.
Two ended up with this more reddish coloring on the breast and crest.
The "silver legbars" are a bit shy but they turned out like this one behind the shot-stealer. They're supposed to be olive eggers but the eggs turn out to be more of a darker sky blue than green most of the time.
