Isis tumbled towards the ground, her wing bent at a horrible angle. she grimaced.
northwind jumped to isis's side. "Sundarie!" he called.
The tiger turned, and raced over to his side. they looked at eachother and nodded, Isis took a deep breath, water swirling towards her.
Northwind beat his wings, between the two of them working together swirled up a thick cold fog. the three raced off through the forest, around the lake. they hated retreating but with more of the Smoke wolf followers on way they had no choice.

Right as they left, Haruka and Dawn, two of the smokewolf's top commanders, as well as Garron and Faedon landed. Everyone knew who Haruka and Dawn were almost as much as the smokewolf.

"You guys alright?" Haruka asked, stepping towards Daruk. Daruk was probably the most severely wounded of the original three.

"That scratch down your back doesn't look good at all," Dawn frowned, looking at where the rock had torn open Daruk's back.

"I'll be fine," Daruk assured, "I can still fly. I just... gotta see Kasper as soon as we get back." He flinched as he felt the stinging pain.
 
Isis slowed, coming to stop at a cave nested beneath a huge pine tree. Blood poured from her wing, where the bone had snapped and come through the skin.

Northwind limped, his neck and back were torn and tattered from the multiple bites.

Sundarie had managed to heal her own wounds while they ran, now she laid a paw on Isis's shoulder. She closed her eyes on focused, her stripes began to glow ever so faintly. Nearly an hour passed, the bone had sunken and the skin began to heal. Sundarie removed her paw. "I'll heal it fully tomorrow." She whispered.
"Thank you." Isis smiled. She tried to pull her wing back to her body, but couldn't.
Sundarie looked at her and said. "I healed the bone, but there is a lot of damage to the muscle."
Isis nodded, and laid down, closing her eyes.

Sundarie walked over to Northwind, she placed her paw on his back and again closed her eyes. Nearly another hour went by, the most severe of his wounds now closed and the smaller ones no longer bled. "Thank you." he whispered, and laid down next to Isis and fell asleep.

sundarie padded out of the cave, jumping up the side of the rock using the huge roots to pull her way up. She laid down on the cool of stone and rested her head on her paws.
 
Haruka and Dawn led Haylei, Maple, and Daruk back to St. Aegolius. Kasper began working on Daruk's wounds first.
