"Really?" Inari asked cautiously, unsure that her classmate could fix her leg better than a trained doctor or nurse.

Dannie continued drawing silently glancing around every now and then hopping the teacher wouldn't notice.

The teacher looked at Joshua and started yelling at how late he was and something about detention. He ignored her and stuck his headphones in his ears listening to the music insult his ears.

(I think it's Inari) Inari was so shocked that she almost fell down, catching herself before she could hurt her leg (again). So that's why I can turn into a fox, she thought. "But isn't that a myth?" She said, not willing to give anyone any information about when she had been running from the adoption agents last night.

"Oh." Inari said, at a loss for words. "I should probably get going, the teacher might yell at us if he finds us talking in the hallways. I'm supposed to be going to the nurses office."

Dannie glanced at the clock waiting for the bell to ring.
